When planning our new product launch we weren’t sure how much PR support we would need to make it happen.  You Do Better gave us the flexibility to book PR support by the hour as and when we needed it, this worked perfectly for this project as the product launch took several months to plan organising the different elements.  Meetings with Ruby helped us shape our ideas for promotional material for something a little different. Ruby took care of organising everything with the Chamber, from quotes to use in a press release to the timings on the day of the expo to make sure we were all together at the right time.
