The right connections are important for every business and we have contacts in lots of places. We enjoy a collaborative approach to work – check out our blog entitled Competition vs Collaboration – and value our partnerships. In fact, we think that collaborative working is a key factor in business strategy and believe it really does pay to partner.
We’re proud of our partnerships and alliances and enjoy networking in various local groups. Time is money is our blog that focuses on the value of increasing your connections to grow your business.
We’re connected with the Worcestershire Ambassadors, a group of people whom have a common enthusiasm to create a county to be proud of. In promoting Worcestershire, they work in partnership with various other groups in the county including the Local Enterprise Partnership, University of Worcester, Worcestershire County Council and the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of commerce.
We work together with the Chamber, who support local industry – providing members with advice and guidance as well as services, all with the aim of enabling businesses to grow and prosper. They also provide networking opportunities hosting a calendar of events, helping individuals connect and interact with each other to support growth and develop local business. Take a look at their case study about our innovative approach to business.
Ruby has an innovative approach to making business connections, putting collaborative working at the heart of the business. It was this pioneering approach that to led to the start of a brilliant working relationship with Worcester Web Studio, and Director Ray Gillespie.
PR Executive, The Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce.
Mentoring is also part of our collaborative approach to work and a passion which has taken Ruby to support business students at the University of Worcester since 2013 – where she continues to be a sessional lecturer – and also with the Enterprise Advisor scheme with the Worcestershire LEP. Read more about our thoughts on mentoring in a blog written by one of our talented associates.
We contribute regularly to County Lifestyle and Leisure Magazine with the focus on business – in an interview format. The column is entitled In conversation with … and features a different business every month. If you’d like to suggest an interviewee or question for the column, please get in touch.
