When it comes to your media presence and coverage, quality is the most important thing. Your consumers, whoever they are, are much more likely to be influenced by a strategically placed new release in a paper they engage with rather than if your brand is splashed everywhere in outlets they never interact with.

This might seem obvious, but so many companies focus lies heavily on the quantity of coverage they are receiving and how many times its name is printed. In reality, though, could you tell me the last time you engaged with a brand purely because it was right in front of you every time you opened Facebook or read your favourite magazine?
